Music Therapy Services

No two people are alike — and neither are our sessions. We tailor music therapy to suit your goals, preferences, and pace, using evidence-based approaches that feel both purposeful and personal.
Whether you’re exploring support for a child, teen, adult, or yourself, we’re here to help you find the right fit. Our Registered Music Therapists (RMTs) bring clinical expertise and genuine care to every session, adapting therapy to meet you where you are.

    Where We Work

Sessions are offered in-clinic at 501/88 George Street, Hornsby — a welcoming space designed to support immersive, focused therapy. We encourage in-clinic sessions wherever possible, as they often provide a richer, more engaging experience.

    Home Visits Across Greater Sydney

For those unable to attend in person, we offer in-home music therapy across Greater Sydney. Our therapists bring the same level of care, professionalism, and personalisation to your home environment.

Music Therapy for Children & Teens

Fun, interactive, and grounded in trust — our sessions help young people build skills in communication, emotional regulation, confidence, and connection.

We specialise in supporting children and teens with autism, ADHD, and other developmental differences. Through improvisation, songwriting, and instrument play, we meet each young person where they are and help them grow at their own pace.

    Music Therapy for Adults

Personalised support for emotional wellbeing, mental health, sensory regulation, and social connection — all through the therapeutic power of music.

We also support people living with dementia, using familiar music to spark memory, reduce agitation, and foster meaningful connection. Sessions are tailored to maintain communication, identity, and quality of life.

    Group Music Therapy

Making music together builds social skills, teamwork, and confidence — all in a fun, supportive space. Research shows group singing can reduce stress, boost mood, and strengthen social bonds.
